Jacked up UPS charges by 200% // wanted 100 yard rolls got 50 yard waste of time
The product is of great quality but beware of what it will cost to ship it to you . Me -- needed 6 squares of 20" x20" so the 60" eco felt was perfect at 40" long . Well just under the 100 dollar minimum, no problem add a few inches to that . but here is were the problem came about . 70 dollars to ship FedEx. if the sales person would of mentioned that cost ( it was the size of the roll not heavy mind you ) I could of ordered smaller pieces to achieve what I needed . 70 US dollars for shipping ! The entire team at Sutherland Felt went above and beyond to help me and company successfully produce our project! It was a very complicated project that involved many parts and was stop and go for about 2 years. I worked with three reps- Phil. Toby and David and all were exceptional. Not only did they provide excellent product and excellent customer service they were also compassionate and truly cared about our project. You could not ask for anything more from a vendor. I cannot recommend them enough they are wonderful!
This team is great! Toby is very responsive and helpful and the ease of working with them through the (multiple) orders I placed was noticeable! Use Sutherland Felt for your felt needs!! You'll be in good and reliable hands for sure!
