Service Dept - I contacted them 9 days ago, looking for a regular shop for all my Sierra maintenance and I am religious about maintenance. They kept saying Service Dept would get back to me. I sent two more gentle reminders over 9 days and received polite responses, but was never contacted by Service. Finally, I moved on. They lost a customer - I can't trust a provider this sloppy with basic call-backs for new business.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone or return a phone call. Actually bought my car from there and had great experience with my salesman but if I can’t get a service person on the phone after calling multiple times over multiple days, no way I’m doing business with you.
Trustworthy, well trained, friendly and fair price. I always feel confident with their sales and service. I shopped around and researched price when buying my truck. Sutherland Chevrolet gave me the best price by quite a margin. Sales staff is attentive with no pressure, allowed me to look and ask questions.
