My Dr. made an appt for me with this place and upon walking into somewhere I've never been, I happen upon the sign it sheet. All the while the lady (Crystal Coleman) at the desk is having a conversion with a coworker and never says hello or even acknowledge me. I sign in and have a seat, seconds later a white woman walks in and she is greeted with "Hello! How are you this afternoon? Great! Sign in right here and we'll get you taken care of!" Overall superlative experience from reception area ( had a BC/BS issue which they promptly resolved ), pleasant environment and technologists in labs, facilitated scheduling appointments to fit my schedule, Dr McD affable and I felt confident with him after my first visit. Would highly recommend
