These people are so crazy! They canceled my appointment without telling me. I've been waiting 3 days, and I'm screwed. I took a day off work, and my appointment was canceled 3 hours before. How is this professional?
Dr. T is an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable and understanding. He listens to your concerns and gives the best advice based on your individual health needs. He has been my primary care physician for many years and has taken good care of me. I highly recommend him.
Office staff is EXTREMELY rude. Dr. T is phenomenal and the folks in the lab are incredible. But whoever’s picking up phones and scheduling appts/directing calls is beyond disrespectful. My entire family is ready to seek care elsewhere due to the toxicity of the front office and how they treat patients. The providers and are great. The staff is trash. Just for clarification
I usually enjoy my visit however the front desk worker was rude and ruined the appt. I still had a good visit with the Physician assistant and the worker who took a blood sample did a great job. I just wish it had started off better.
