I have been a patient since 2014 and I found the best doctor for me He is very thorough and very patient and I get my prescription refilled very fast. Will be with him as long as I live or he stops working Maria Duprez
I will give it a one star, but I waited there for 40 minutes and was still not seen by the doctor. That is unacceptable..
Went to see Dr Sutera for lower back pain Ive had for the last 4 years. My primary care physician ,back specialists are all up in NY.I needed someone in FL since I now spend 7 months in Sarasota. When I first went to Dr Sutera's office his staff entered all my records correctly and everything is up to date. He's absolutely great in office. However, if you need a prescription refill, expect to be ignored for over a week. I have a prescription for a controlled substance. I can't request a refill outside of 48 hours of it's "refill date". I have to call doctor Sutera's office daily, merely to beg for him to grant me a prescription refill. That's not only unnecessarily lackadaisical, it's a threat to my health. Again, great bedside manner but incredibly irresponsible with my precarious health. Doctor is actually great, staff is useless. They NEVER answer the phones. Complained about it and was promptly discharged and told it was not true.
