I brought my 6 year old daughter to Susy to get her ears pierced, and we had such a great experience! Susy was incredibly kind and patient with her. She spent the full hour with us, showing my daughter everything she would be using and explaining each step before doing anything. She really took her time with her and never made us feel rushed. I’m so glad we went to Susy and would definitely recommend her, especially for kids getting their ears pierced for the first time!

Overall my experience during the piercing was great. She was clean, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and we even shared a laugh. When it came to the communication, it wasn't great. Booking is through text, I would say most small businesses are this way. Totally fine and understandable. Changing my initial review to one star because I was told I’d be able to my piercing changed to a smaller post after 2 to 3 weeks and when I contacted her to do the switch, she told me I had to wait eight weeks--- which if that was what she told me in the first place, I wouldn’t have had it done yet. I checked the notes I took during my appointment and she originally said we could change it to shorter jewelry after 2 weeks. First time going here and it was great. Susy was very kind and helpful with resizing some jewelry in intimate places. I didn't feel awkward at all and they helped me feel comfortable. Also easily helped me with new jewelry for my nose ring as well. I'll definitely be back!
