I ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap. I’ve eaten here plenty of times with no problems. When I got my wrap, there was literally no turkey meat on the wrap. I called to tell them, and they said the guy that made the wrap used the allotted 2 ounces of meat (I wish I had taken a picture) it was literally nothing but lettuce. I took the wrap back, they did not offer to remake the wrap, or offer a refund until I suggested it. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I popped in here on my first visit to downtown Cleveland and since it was a 30 degree day I realized I needed some soup. There were 10 soups to choose from!! I went with the Chicken Paprikash, the French bread, and a spinach salad with the recommended poppy seed dressing. Both were so delicious that I ate every single bite! Not only did I love the food, but the staff were also extremely friendly and the music was upbeat and fun!
Ordered breakfast and took lunch to go, the food looked great and tasted good! Thank you!
I bought a reuben. When I got home, I realized the bread was burned and the meat was dry. Worst sandwich ever.
The tortilla Soup was on point.
