Goy my system fast. Called for help with set up and they were great
I just went out of the country for 3 weeks and set up blumats for my plants before leaving. I was a little worried when I returned, but my plants thrived. It was a terrific system and I’d recommend it to anyone. I’m certainly going to leave them in place going forward.
The other reviews are correct, the customer service is horrible. Doesn't have a place on their website to see your order and the shop app that they have you pay through wants access to your email to track packages but never updates your info. It's a shame as their products are just what the dr ordered but customer service out weighs the product. There are other watering systems so I would look into those before ordering for sustainable.
Next level customer service! I was unsure of something I was ordering. They reached out to me too verify. They made the changes to my order for what I needed. Great products and incredibly helpful. I can recommend enough!
