Conseco and his crew were outstanding. They removed and installed 90 squares of new shingles, repaired and screened hundreds of feet of gutters and installed three solar fans in a little over two days. They started on schedule and finished as promised. They left my home and yard in perfect condition.

Had roof replaced, they did a good job where roof was concerned, however had to remind them to install Ridge Vents that were on the contract (boxes that they layed on during their 2 hr lunch breaks). They did a very poor job of clean up. Even after their cleanup, I still picked up a large butter tub FULL of nails, tacks, & brads. They also CRUSHED my landscaping w/their equipment & ladders, even after getting assurance from the office prior to signing the contract, that there would be no damage. So buyer be warned.
