I want to give a fair review of my experience with the water heater installation. While the installation was completed, there were several concerns throughout the process, particularly with communication. One of my biggest concerns was the placement of the water heater. I was told beforehand where the heater would be installed, but it was ultimately placed in a different location, much closer to a bedroom. Called Sustainable Plumbing for assistance with a problem/ concern that several other businesses shied away from. Justin came out on Labor Day, assessed the problem, made recommendations, and took care of it the same afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised at their response and effectiveness. Would highly recommend for plumbing needs.

This company worked very hard for our church (Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church, Salisbury NC). We contacted other plumbing companies to replace our 80 gallon water heater and their prices were the best we received and the work was performed as mentioned, they arrived on time and once the job was completed, everything was cleaned up. A job well done.
