Management always takes a defensive position, and always brings up equipment replacement cost, and how large contracts first priority, regardless of why you are contacting him. I don't know how much a plow blade is, and I don't care. I'm not responsible for it, and it should already been included in the costs of doing business, and the equipment depreciation should be considered.
