During the sale I never pressured the salesman about the price I kept telling him I want to be 100% solar. I understand when it’s cloudy that’s a dead deal but on sunny days I’m still not making and storing enough to carry on to the next day. Also Santee Cooper mailed them my rebate check on 8/26 and I don’t have my rebate. They will not answer emails or text messages. It’s unfortunate the workers were awesome and deserve a 10 but management has let me down.

This company has shafted me and failed again. I am almost at 2 years from the install of my 70000 dollar solar system and it still is not working. This company has damaged my property to the point having to have my roof replaced , employess fell through my ceiling. I call and call and get excuses and false promises and faulty work. They have been to my house 10 times in the last year in attempts to get there equipment up and running and it is still down 2 years later. When moving to charleston I was very excited about installing soler with battery backup on our new home. After getting multiple quotes I went with SELSCO and they provided a great design and wonderful installation. They have been responsive and also educational and I have appreciated their sales team, installation team and service team. Thank you so much.
