My call was well received and I was given the up most importance for my call. The office manager was so empathetic and supportive to listen and allowed me to be relaxed and comfortable. This is a powerful office that is very committed to helping people. Money had nothing to do with taking or not taking my case. It simply about availability time and enough staff. Kate the office manager is rude and disgusting
Asked for mr sussmans email, the girl gave me a wrong email, I called back the guy rudely gave me another email and hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional behavior!!!
I just called the office and spoke to a person named Kate. I was explaining my situation and she proceeded to tell me that I'm conflating the situation. First and foremost I was not. Secondly this is how you repel future clients. Why would she think it's ok for her to determine a situation? The judge does that. I called back and let her know that it's not her place to say something like that and she replied "Well that's your opinion".
