Worst service experience I have ever received from a Kia service center. I had my car sent there for an alternator and to address my check engine light. My car was also leaking oil. Nicholas calls me and tells me that I need an engine. I was trying to get in contact with Nicholas for 3 weeks to get an update on my vehicle to no avail. My service advisor, Kervin Louis, provided professional, thorough and outstanding customer service during my recent visit.
I dropped my car off on 9/5/25 which Nicholas was my service advisor. I understand that at the time I didn't have an appointment for my car to be diagnosed for the reason why my check engine light keeps coming on. However, I have been calling for the past two days to speak with Nicholas which still I have not been able to speak with him regarding the status of my vehicle.
