WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE It gives me great pleasure to write this review and recognize Allegra ,Customer Service Manager, at Mr. Steam. It is rare in this day and age that you find a company whose customer service truly solves problems and leaves their customers beyond satisfied with their decision to choose that brand. I could not say enough positive things about the lengths Allegra and team went to to assist me with replacement parts. If you are considering a steam bath, Mr. Steam has my highest recommendation.
The solenoid water output on a new unit was cracked and sheered off. Discovered when the unit was turned on the first time. Contacted technical support and they replaced the solenoid unit along with the PC board that had gotten wet. Outstanding service.
Unit was leaking from the water solenoid right off the hop. Contacted Mr. Steam and replacement part came within a few days or week max. Ever since it was installed, this unit has been a phenomenal addition to our lives and we use it almost everyday. Couldn’t be happier and recommend this to anyone and everyone looking to add some spa like, steam action in their life. Won’t be disappointed. 👍🏽👍🏽🔥 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I contacted Mr. Steam about an issue. The customer service was excellent. We were able to identify the problem with Ron's assistance and they are sending replacement part. Mr. Steam stands behind their product and they have the support to back it up. Not many companies answer the phone and have it where you can talk with a real person. Highly recommend.
