This place is the most uncaring uncompassionate place everrrrrr -10 for them if I had that option. I had to schedule and cancel 24 to 48 hrs in advance appointments for my kids due to my husband and my work schedules with being different shifts plus having 3 kids in 3 different schools makes it extremely hard to schedule with the times. I called today to reschedule and they offer me an earlier time which obviously wouldn't work. The owners of this business are very rude people who believe they are better than everyone else . I would strongly recommend not doing business with them because to put it mildly they are on a high horse and look down on people. RUDE!
I gave three stars because the doctor and staff are very nice. BUT, my little boy's glasses are on nearly 4 weeks on order (still haven't got them)...and their lab is right next door to the office!!! My other son's glasses took nearly 3 weeks. The doctor is great for check ups, patient with my boys (one has Down Syndrome, the other has mild autism/ADHD). The office staff is very nice....but they're seems to be a problem with their lab. May continue to get check-ups there, but definitely will not be ordering glassed through t... read more
