Fabulous service from Neal who was extremely helpful and friendly. We went there initially on a day where it was absolutely bucketing it down with rain and, as we were in the initial research stage of looking for a car, had no issues in not taking the car out in such awful weather. We went back the next day, took it out and bought it there and then. Neal has been nothing but helpful in getting things sorted for us and we will be able to collect our car in 2 days time. Really rude customer service.
Great service
Never had such rude customer service. Apparently the ‘commitment’ wasn’t there so the staff member didn’t want us to test drive the car (the person wanting to test drive has had their license for 35+ years) We wanted to test drive to see if the car felt right for us. The older guy that works there was so incredibly rude. Despite being interested in 2 cars we will not being coming back or buying from there due to the bother it caused the staff member. I also recorded the conversation.
