We had our doors and windows put in 5 years ago. Within 3 years all the handles were loose and the bifold door handle shirred off in our hand. The bifold never shut smoothly but as it had always been like that we thought that was how bifolds were. When we contacted them about the handle. They said it wasn't covered in the guarantee and that it would cost £350 just for the handle and that it was likely the bifold needed adjusting.
