They were very kind as well as knowledgeable. They explained everything to me of what exactly is sleep apnea. What to expect of the machine. I have moderate sleep apnea so it could take 2-3 months for full results. My first week i felt no better. Karen sent me an email and said that it was leaking and first to check the straps and see if they needed to be tightened. So that is what I did. They were amazing to work with. Very fast, efficient, helpful, and kind - didn’t feel like I was rushed, or products pushed on me. I was able to ask any questions I may have. From reaching out to getting my cpap machine was very quick, within 1-2 weeks. Everyone was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Very good at communicating and getting back to you as well. Highly recommend the Sussex team!
Everyone has been exceptionally helpful, friendly and courteous. My head is quite large, so the masks weren't fitting right and not staying where they were supposed to during the night. So, I am on my 4th mask style now and it works. At each step, they worked quickly and efficiently with me to solve the challenges. Good job !!!
After dealing with another service provider I made the switch to East coast sleep clinic Sussex 4 years ago for all my CPAP needs. They offer the one-on-one personal touch that my other provider didn't offer. They have been nothing short of awesome. Angie has been great to deal with. And Alison is always reaching out making sure everything is good with my machine. Wonderful supportive team of experts! I was able to take the test kit he for 3 nights and it was very easy to do. They also assisted with my insurance coverage and have been tracking my progress along the way. I only wish I had done this sooner, its made a huge impact on my overall health and wellbeing. I believe everyone should try a test at least once!
