I was a patient and had to leave office due to poor office etiquette. Every time I called, I was placed on hold, never asked, for long duration. On occasion, I was left on hold and nobody returned. After more than 4 times, different dates, over several months, I would no longer tolerate. I guess the office is too busy and incapable of handling inbound calls properly.
