I was visiting Sussex from Ontario and on my drive down I wound up with a leak in my tire. I was recommended this shop and when I went to see if they’d have an appointment for me this week they were able to get me in right away. They were quick to fix the leak and at a very amazing price! Would definitely recommend this shop to others.
Service is second to none and completely frank and honest with repairs. I've had my vehicles looked after here for over 17 years. Troy is the best
Bought a battery from this shop, after a couple months it started acting up. Last week my car died in the Canadian Tire parking lot in Sussex. I walked over to Preffered auto to see if they would give me a boost to the shop to get a new battery and the guy laughed at me and handed me the card for a tow truck… maybe the worst business I’ve ever experienced… if you’re looking for kind small town help, don’t go here!
These guys use to be awesome a few years ago. Now they have jacked their per hour cost up so much their the same as everyone else, they charge you for bringing your own parts thats the biggest issue, in a world when people are broke and trying to get their cheapest option they wanna charge u EXTRA labor cost. I brought my Volkswagen in to have the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. As any other time I have brought my car here, Troy and his team go above and beyond with getting it serviced! The only surprises I ever have is how quickly they have it ready and how it comes in under the estimated initial costing. Thanks Troy and team for taking care of my auto repair needs over the past few years! Great service, fast and affordable!
