Good day ya’ll . I’m sorry to see so many unhappy reviews. Okay so I had a mishap last week BUT today the receptionist has gone Above and beyond. Moaning solves nothing . I can't say enough good things about the consultants at this practice. Everytime I have been there, you have a long enough apointment where you can talk through your issues and the staff are always listening and taking notes ready to help. Everyone there is patient and kind, they explain complex issues in simple terms. But they always look to help, scans or tests etc, it really feels like they go to whatever is needed to help.
Horrendous place, the consultants couldn’t even manage to diagnose my partners disc tear and only told him he a slipped disc. Did not reassure us at any time he was going to get better and could only talk about surgery and injections as the way he would walk again, which is not the case as we have found alternative non invasive methods. I would not bargain with your health to be treated here.
This organisation seems to be here to stop people getting treatment. I am back on a waiting list again for domeone from msk, dont know who and cant speak to anyone who can help. it seems GP cant refer me to a soecialudt as this is now controlled by msk. I think they hope i will die before i get off the waiting list. Pointless unhelpful organisation
