Chris and the Team do a cracking job of transforming planks of wood into a finish your backside will greatly thank you for. It's a complex process so expect a turn around time of 1.5 to 2 h if you're dropping in in person. Don't be put off by the bomb site. It bears no reflection on the quality of the finish.
My Ducati seat is Transformed! It’s soo comfortable now. This is the best value upgrade ever. Lovely to meet Chris and Max the dog! Ignore the doubters who are shocked by the use of an electric carving knife. Michelangelo used a hammer and chisel and ice sculptors use a chainsaw. You only have to look at how he shapes the foam perfectly by eye to recognise a real craftsman. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a custom seat.
Absolutely brilliant service. I bought a bike with a Thorspark ignition which was causing problems. Sussex and help me get it going. Chris, who i spoke to, was brilliant. I am feeling guilty as not bought anything from them but that will change. Superb customer service.
Absolutely shocking customer service!!! On a day out browsing bike stores and could t find the place. So I called to try and ask for directions and was met by utter rudeness. The guy repeatedly asked what I was after despite my saying that I was just looking to browse. After going in this circle repeatedly I passed the phone to my partner who was met by the same attitude. Completely ruined my GS seat. He started hacking into the seat foam with a carving knife and then said “I don’t think I can do this seat due to the heating element”, bit late now I thought and my heart sunk as there’s no going back. He then continued to pack the seat with various bits of foam, I was there for hours and hours whilst he carved about.
