Dr Raad is a great doctor, very attentive
Been before the doctor is nice, but the female receptionist is very passive aggressive and rude. The male receptionist was much nicer and extremely helpful.
Dr Hammod is fantastic, a great resource to the Pascoe Vale community. Very punctual, takes the time to listen and provide the right options. Have been happy coming here for myself and my young son. Bulk billing which is rare these days. I hope he continues to recover and service the community for as long as possible
I went to this surgery a few times last year. The first time I had an appointment I showed up to their address on google and their website to find that the surgery had moved location - I rang up and was abruptly told they had moved, finally got the new address from them and ended up being 20mins late. Whilst there, the receptionist had multiple calls of the same nature so clearly they had bad communication to all patients regarding the move. Excellent doctor Dr Raad Highly recommend been looking after our family for years even through my pregnancy couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
