I was there December 16 around 5:30 in the afternoon and a young girl helped me. She was very nice, efficient, energetic. Knew what she was doing, smiling happy her name is Kristi. She is very much an asset to your company.
The east Indian man name Lovish who works here was extremely nice, very professional , and care a lot about his customers. He is expert in his job and provides town’s best customer service. He is hard working guy and treat customers in a respectful manner.

"Terrible experience with this insurance company. This is my second time here but the indian representative I dealt with was completely unprofessional and rude. He seemed uninterested in helping me and made unreasonable demands. The final straw was when he questioned my ability to pay a few months of insurance, lecturing me about the amount in a condescending tone. Clearly, customer service is not a priority here. Would not recommend
