Dont bother going here, go it Acera. The most difficult experience we've had trying to insure a vehicle from out of province what a headache, they filled the form out wrong with provided information, they are condescending and couldn't be bothered to help my wife who had our small children with her, the process becomes more difficult when you dont have the support and you wont get it here. This was our go to for five years and somethings changed, dont bother. We will never use Sussex for any insurance in the future.

I get my insurance renewed from Sussex every year, Abhi is the one who always gets it renewed for me and reminds me as well. I believe Sussex is lucky to have an employee like Abhi, he is a great human being, knowledgeable and amazing to deal with. He has an amazing and cheerful attitude and tone over the phone and can make your day better and shine. I 100% recommend Sussex as a broker for insurance. Kudos to Abhi!!

I came in to renew my policy and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. One staff member was assisting a customer and did briefly smile, which I appreciated. Another employee was on a phone call and didn’t make eye contact. What stood out most was the lack of acknowledgment from the manager (Helen). Even a simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference. Standing there without any communication felt dismissive and unprofessional.
