Absolutely disappointed with the experience with associate kiran. I came in specifically to make a DPP payment and arrived before 7:30 PM. The staff member checked the bill and then told me they couldn’t accept the payment and asked me to come back the next day or during business hours. I don’t understand the purpose of being open until 9:00PM if basic services like taking a payment can’t be handled. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since the store was open and I made the effort to come in on time.
