We can definitely recommend Guildford Sussex Insurance Brokers. Our recent experience with them was absolutely fantastic, especially the outstanding service I received from Manjeet and Daljeet. Horrible staff. Need better training
We had a really disappointing experience at this location. We came in to renew our vehicle insurance with all the necessary documents, but the person working there seemed more interested in finding reasons not to help us—perhaps because it was a Sunday evening. She kept insisting multiple times that we should come on a weekday and claimed our letter of authorization was inadequate, along with other excuses to avoid processing our renewal. I would give a negative rating if have an option. I went to update my insurance and the representative could not even understand what to do, or how should explain. Please hire people who really have knowledge and guide people.
