Unprofessional and bad attitude. The staff registered wrong license plate with my vehicle, made me can’t cancel the insurance in time. That means I have to pay more money because of her fault. She even asked “why you upset?”
My experience renewing insurance here was disappointing. The employee I dealt with came across as condescending and didn’t allow much room for questions, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I hope they place more emphasis on patient, customer-focused service in the future.
