Just spoke to Julie on the phone because I had questions about an insurance policy we were sold through another broker and she was super kind, patient and helpful. She took the time to help me, not getting anything out of it. refreshing. Thanks Julie!

I understand that working with the public can be challenging.. but in my experience with this branch, both in-person, and over the phone, the staff were especially condescending and unhelpful. I certainly don’t believe “the customer is always right” or that staff need to fake happiness to be good at their job but I definitely won’t be back here unless I absolutely have to. Completely disappointed with this office yet again, I only tend to go here after hours if all the other places in town are closed because they look for every single excuse to not complete a transfer. This time it was because the number 8 was gone over twice in the serial number so they feel the document was altered. Every time I leave with disappointment.
