Horrible service. Messed up my boyfriends insurance and didnt cancel the insurance for his vehicle that was totalled in a crash when we went there to do just that and switch over insurance to the new car. He signed all the paperwork for the cancelation, confirmed multiple times with the lady etc and the lady he was dealing with never sent in the paperwork for the cancelation so he was being charged 2 insurances. Worst place to buy insurance . Agents and manager dont what they are advising their client, giving out wrong rate class to client , which affects there insurance when making claim with icbc, and when taking it back to them to accept their mistake ,blames back on client. Manager is the worst person to deal with, she tries to bully you around thinking that client doesnt know anything. Best places to get your insurance is co-operators in comox or waypoint in comox. Be aware eveyone, they are dishonest.
I was immediately turned away from a clerk with no advice and poor communication. I had to confront the front desk to get a proper answer. If you're given a non-answer, ask for a different worker.
