**Updated review: Horrible! It seems like all the competent people have left and what they've replaced them with is horrible. He even insinuated at one point that it might be stolen. A friend recommended that I go to Hub Insurance at the Pine Center Mall as they are also open on the weekend. I don't usually go anywhere near the mall on a weekend but I went and they totally took care of me. No issues, answered all my questions to do with some of my other vehicles and the ones that they couldn't, directed me to ICBC and gave m... read more
