one of the ladies (maybe indian) is very rude. I asked her to help us how to get a cheaper coverage because the truck wont be used just yet (we have other cars to travel to work) and she said “Don’t get coverage!” wow very helpful.
Two poor experience with this location. I contacted the manager to give feedback on a situation that occurred with a worker. I discussed with the manager how I was unhappy with a situation that occurred where payment was taken at this location and I was then told to call another dept to get a refund. I called the dept and they told me once payment is taken no refunds can be offered. I called to let the management at this location know and then she refused to take accountability for her office. **Updated review: Horrible! It seems like all the competent people have left and what they've replaced them with is horrible. He even insinuated at one point that it might be stolen. A friend recommended that I go to Hub Insurance at the Pine Center Mall as they are also open on the weekend. I don't usually go anywhere near the mall on a weekend but I went and they totally took care of me. No issues, answered all my questions to do with some of my other vehicles and the ones that they couldn't, directed me to ICBC and gave m... read more
