I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. The older staff member I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I visited several months ago and again recently, and unfortunately had the exact same experience both times with this lady. Rather than providing proper one-on-one service, she was speaking to multiple customers at once, taking phone calls, and addressing me from across the office without ever clearly asking what I came in for. They advertise that they are open 9am-9pm 7 days a week. I arrived at 8:05pm Sunday and they are closed and supposedly every Sunday that is the case. If you are going to advertise that you are open make sure you’re open. I’m pissed because I wasted my time driving all the way out there and they are closed. Very poor business management to allow this.
We waited until 10 minutes after opening and no staff member showed up for their shift at 9am. Disappointed and won't be back!
Just called lookin to acquire information about my car insurance and the lady told me she is not allowed to do that even tho I have called and done it tons of times before horrible customer service I do not recommend this Sussex insurance as the lady was rude and unprofessional The lady in questions name is Donna I have had prior issues with her being rude before so I don't think it's a one time thing 100% recommend going anywhere else
