Old female agent was very rude, very condescending, she couldn’t even find my insurance policy…. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVER!
Place was busy but representative was polite and fast when I got my turn
Very unpleasant experience! The female agent was quite threatening and made me feel very uncomfortable and increased my premium under duress.
Open late and on weekends. Great for when you forget to renew your insurance on time.
Not open on time, just needed transfer papers and of course that can’t leave them outside their locked up area…..
