We have used Sussex for years in Vancouver and always had a great experience. Since moving to the Okanagan we have tried to use this location twice and unfortunately have never had a positive experience. The older blonde lady is the most unhelpful agent I have ever experienced. she argues every possible request and makes up a reason not do her job. I was just at the insurance here in Walmart penticton, Lori said she was closing it was 830pm they close at 9 pm she refused to help me and told me to leave. I stated its only 830pm she said complain all u like. So here it is folks,if u want good service dont go there. She wont help u.. bare minimum service at best..horrible attitude and service..if I could give a negative 10 I would!! Horrible. Absolutely horrible
I've been here twice and both experiences have been absolutely awful, the first time I was just asking questions, and the older lady was super snappy and just rude about answering a couple of simple questions.. Never came across such a rude, unhelpful and damaging customer service rep in my entire life… older lady working behind the counter is a complete grouch… I’ve been in there 4 times to get my vehicles insured in the past 6 months… every-single time she has tried to argue me out of getting it done, or give reasons to why I can’t get it done… and every single time I have ended up leaving there to go somewhere else.
