Julie and Brandon are amazing, very funny atmosphere and in the business for years! Always quick, simple and easy! Extremely pleasant!
For being the only insurance company open on a Sunday in the area, Brandon was keeping the line flowing smoothly. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done with our unique situation. He got us in and out quickly and was super friendly and welcoming.
Had the same ridiculous experience as a lot of others have posted. The older lady was rude and completely ignored me as I was asking questions. Gave a made up excuse why she couldn't renew my vehicle insurance. Went to another insurance company and had zero problems with renewal. Don't recommend and won't be going back.
The older lady that works there in the evenings is rude and always chain smoking right outside the front doors of Walmart…. Super unprofessional.
Horrible service. Refused to help. Older lady is very rude. Open till 9 pm but they would help at 8:35 pm. Then locked the door at 8:40. Won't be back
