I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. The older lady that works at this location is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in the service industry. Extremely condicending, and miserable. She was the same way to the two ladies in front of me as well. When I told her she was difficult to deal with, she responded with “well, you can go elsewhere”. Extremely rude customer service, like customers dont exist whilst 45 minutes from closing.... now I can't drive to work tomorrow. Thanks!!!
40 minutes to closing and the door is locked and the lady working is ignoring us. If you're going to ignore customers before closing at least hide so we can't see you clearly pretending we don't exist
