Very bad communicating over the phone almost like they can’t speak English
Someone at this branch keeps calling me about my insurance on a car I don't own and have never owned with someone else's license plate number. I've tried to explain that this is not my car and to delete my number.... this has been going on for 3 years now. Maybe I should visit in person and drive my car through the front door so they can physically see my car and finally believe me?
