He made me wait for more than an hour and when the other salients were done he didn’t helped me instead he took another client who came after me and he was very rude and disrespectful and didn’t even helped me out horrible place to be at
i am throughly disappointed. clearly the employee did not listen to me. he ended up adding things to my policy that i did not want. and incorrectly entering in my deductible. this was the first car i have ever purchased insurance for and i was going to pay $50 more than i should’ve every month because of his error. thank heavens i called westland insurance and got it sorted. save your money and time by going somewhere else. listen to the bad reviews!!! this place sucks
Lack of knowledge, super slow, not responsible
The absolute worst experience I've ever had at an auto plan agent. My father was terminal with cancer, so transferred his vehicle to me in his last weeks, to make it easier. He was bedridden and could not go in. He passed and I went in with his death certificate to cancel his insurance which is now on nothing as he no longer had a vehicle and was now deceased... The guy says he can't, he needs me to go get the official certificate notorized... I said no, I'm not paying money to cancel this. I called icbc directly and the guy... read more
I'm sure the guy behind the counter knows a little English but I'm not sure. For the 3rd time using these guys in the last year he had to phone someone as to how to do something and today he was flat out wrong. I ended up at another agent's office who did what I requested in 5 minutes
