I've dealt with this branch for about three years, there are new emloyees now I just tried to get insurance for my grandsons truck at this nanaimo branch I called first to get a ball park quote so i would know how much cash to get from my savings. The woman could hardly speak english but we got the quote and had her Verify twice. then went to conclude the purchase. The East indian guy was very un-cooperative if he worked for me he would be looking for a job rigjht now Both employees were totally incompetent based on that exp... read more
They helped me a great deal and found ways for me to save money
The taller East Indian gentleman that works the counter is quite difficult to deal with. Poor customer service skills and, is either unaware, or deceitful during communication. Will not be renewing my insurance with this organization
