I just had my worst auto plan experience here. I'd leave 0 star if I could. I was here a Sat, this is the only place still open after 8pm in Vancouver by the time, I drove all the way from Olympic village to here to get a vehicle transferred. By the time I arrived, it's like 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. There is an old Asin guy works by the time, as soon as he saw the transfer paper in my hand, he said something about" cannot, bla bla bla transfer" I swear to god that all I heard, I didn't understand him fully so I ask him ... read more
