I was coming here for years but the last two visits were horrible. Major attitude, unfriendly staff and the last time I was there, the woman who served me obviously did not know her job and gave me attitude like it was my fault. Really disappointing and won't be back.
Fast friendly service
I had a very disappointing experience at this ICBC location. The employee who assisted us, an Asian male staff member, was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no courtesy, no patience, and absolutely no basic customer service. We were simply asking normal questions, yet he responded with attitude and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner.
