Poor customer service.
Customer service is awful they a man and two women wouldn't listen told me to wait to make sure the bank isn't taking money out of my account I tried to explain they haven't in last three months cause even if money wasn't in my account the bank would charge me NSF I would get charged 45 dollars. I was late paying my insurance cause of them which cost me extra 35 dollars. Go to the North Vancouncer location in Superstore they are friendly non argumentive and understand what you need. TERRIBLE service. The old man working there is arrogant and speaks down to customers like they are stupid, zero customer skills. Felt very racist. I grabbed my stuff and walked out, got excellent service down the street. Avoid this place at all costs, they don't deserve to be in business. Unprofessional and disappointing.
The manager of this location is extremely rude and has no empathy at all, even after explaining I was in a car accident that put me in the hospital and totalled my car. Never would I recommend going to this location.
Wonderfu and very knowledgeable brokers at this location. The hours of operation make it very convenient.
