The lady working there with the pink hair, told us to go to icbc for an account first just because we had an international license and there is absolutely nothing else that can be done, was also rude. so we had to leave and could not complete our car purchase. Although, we knew this was not a necessity and told her we have done this before. We went to suxxex at superstore and the gentleman did it for us and said it’s not problem.
