Terrible experience. The staff at Sussex Insurance are extremely rude, unhelpful, and clearly hate their jobs. Zero professionalism, zero customer service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
Quick in but no waiting area
Great service and I love that they stay open late!
It's been almost two weeks since the car accident. The person in charge, Jasmine Jill, has never called. She doesn't answer my calls or emails either. Why appoint someone who is completely incompetent in working with people? This attitude towards customers is unacceptable.
Melissa at the Sussex insurance is crazy helpful i needed papers for my accountant and she printed them all off and even did all the math for the deductions so if you can, try and talk to her.
