These people are irresponsible. Called them for help after their Langley call centre messed up my Home Insurance, they did not listen and disconnected my call. Dont recommend.

One of thir branches mishandled an insurance cancelation and has lost nearly $400 owed to me. The head office picked up after the branch that made the mistake started acting aggressively towards me. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve the situation.
Awful customer service actually laughed at me and said go ahead when I said I was going to complain to management. Unbelievable this lady. UPDATE July 2020 23rd. I have already emailed your customer service and told them exactly what happened. So I'm not going to email again. Duncan Walmart location. Awful awful
