Terrible with customer service and professionalism. Don't enjoy leaving negative comments. But these guys take the cake.
One of thir branches mishandled an insurance cancelation and has lost nearly $400 owed to me. The head office picked up after the branch that made the mistake started acting aggressively towards me. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve the situation.
Awful customer service actually laughed at me and said go ahead when I said I was going to complain to management. Unbelievable this lady. UPDATE July 2020 23rd. I have already emailed your customer service and told them exactly what happened. So I'm not going to email again. Duncan Walmart location. Awful awful
I was not originally going to give a good review, but then I read the poor review and decided to speak to whoever I needed to help resolve my issue. I did not expect the response I recieved to be honest. I was extremely impressed by how they handled this matter. I had a phone call response vary quickly after describing my frustrations to their voicemail. They were able to come to a reasonably quick resolution. Thank you for all your help
