I met with Adrian to renew my insurance and was nervous as I’m a new driver. The worker is a racist. Just because people don't speak Spanish completely, they send you to call security.
The agent got charged me. Got my coverage wrong when I specifically asked for collision and comprehensive. Then told me it couldn’t be cancelled without paying a cancellation premium. Not going back
