Incredibly slow and rude. Susan mischarged multiple times on the POS system and had to void and redo payment. Not just that, but she took forever to count the payment slips, miscounting, and recounting multiple times. Not reliable and should ensure you're being charged correctly. How does transferring title take over an hour? That's how. The other 2 ladies were very quick and helpful.
Open late, work pretty fast. Highly suggested!
Monday October 13 9am I just received some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I was asking the lady general questions about insurance and she was very snappy and had a bit of an attitude and when I asked her if she was having a bad morning, she just became even worse. This employer should look into this woman’s mental health and make sure that she’s OK.
June was very helpful and made transfer of ownership easy
I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Sussex Insurance located inside Grandview Superstore. I was helped by June, who was not only untrained but also extremely rude throughout the process. I came in with an ICBC Salvage Bill of Sale, which is the document required to transfer a vehicle into my dealership.
