Not much courtesy, i recieved a call notifying me my insurance was expiring. Unfortunately the call came 5 hrs before expiring. No other call or notice was sent prior.
Terrible service, multiple times I've gone in and they just say they can't do what I need, even though other insurance agents make it happen with ease! Very frustrating
TERRIBLE service here, we went into transfer a trailer and the older gentleman behind the desk wouldnt help with anything on our bill of sale, he said "We are far too busy for that here" We picked up the transfer papers and left. Number 1 rule is customer first. That gentleman needs to change his frown upside down and have a adjustment in attitude toward paying customers and general public. Mark is awesome. I had a car salesman with me (waiting to give me the keys) while I bought my first plan and for some reason he tried to talk for me and ask about more expensive plans. Mark said I'll tell her but only if she wants me to. Thank you for standing up for me Mark!
We attended on a Sunday to transfer insurance/ ownership from my Mom to my daughter. Mark at the Superstore location in Duncan was awesome. Mark was super efficient, knowledgeable, personable, very entertaining AND had us all laughing. The type of experience you don’t soon forget! Mark deserves all the kudos!
