Terrible service at this insurance location. I emailed to voice my concerns prior to posting a negative review and have not received even an email response. Male employee who is known to give terrible service made my whole family angry with his behavior. He was rude to my family and his co-worker and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience for him. We will NEVER use this insurance company again. Do better Sussex Insurance
I tried to get a vehicle transferred and was told they wouldn't do it because ICBC doesn't accept docusign signatures which is absolutely not the case. Anyway, I immediatly went elsewhere and got the registration transferred without issue. This is multiple times I've had either rude interactions or incompetent service from sussex. Never again...
Sean should look into finding work elsewhere. Poor service and seemed very lazy and uninterested in helping me insure my car.
They are happy to help, but a very small office area in which to work with customers.
It took forever… not to mention the poor lady was working alone. It shouldn’t be a 45 minute wait to renew insurance on my vehicle.
