Great experience getting my car insurance renewed. The staff was helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend!
Very efficient, helpful and reliable service. The agent also gave me an extra discount for my car's emergency braking assist - Something my old place never mentioned.
This business has very poor customer service and lacks professionalism and knowledge. One daughter filled out a form for us, but the next day another daughter said it wasn’t supposed to be done. When we asked, they refused to provide the name of the agent. Their communication with clients is extremely poor, and there is zero accountability. The most concerning part is that the daughters were signing their father’s name on documents. Overall, this is an unprofessional family-run business with no proper standards.
I've been coming to this location for over 10 years. They are super friendly, honest and truly care about their clients. This is the only place I'd ever go for my Auto insurance.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this insurance office entirely. The level of service we received was not just poor—it was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be formally reporting this incident to Sussex, as the behavior we encountered was completely unacceptable. The owner appears to have placed his daughters at the front desk, but unfortunately, they seem to have no training or understanding of basic customer service.
