The workers here do not have the knowledge required if you are purchasing insurance with an out of province license. I was told that to update a policy bought with an out of province license once I received my BC license would be impossible and I would have to cancel, pay the cancellation fee, and purchase another policy and new license plates. And sorry Cal Mathieson - after speaking with their team, we were talking about the previous four negative reviews that Cal clearly did and none of those stories are actual true. I was told that she was trying to do something in a fraudulent name over the phone . This is why she got aggravated and started to write reviews, which sounds pretty pathetic when it was her own fault because she was driving without insurance and was looking to do everything over the phone .
