Do not go to this insurance broker unless you want to lose money!!! My vehicle had a storage policy and I went in to purchase a day plate. This was my first time purchasing a TOP and was told by the broker that you are only allowed to have one policy active on a vehicle at a time so in order to get the TOP for the one day I needed to cancel my storage policy, pay a cancellation fee and would receive no refund on the remainder of my storage policy. It was perfectly fine. I just needed a 3 day permit. It was a little slow but friendly enough and competent.

My experience renewing my ICBC insurance at Sussex Insurance was simply a nightmare. On May 11th, I went to their office located inside T&T on 1st Ave, attracted by a sign promising a wait of only 20 minutes. However, this waiting time was anything but straightforward, with no clear start or end time provided. After enduring a long wait, nobody returned to assist us.
