I ordered contacts on 9/22 and glasses on 9/28 - I have yet to hear anything - I was told 2 weeks. It is now 10/31. I reached out yesterday and still no response.
I had a wonderful first visit. Dr. Winters and the other staff members were friendly and very helpful!
On my initial visit they went through procedures which I had never done before. However, this is in the view of Total health and I would recommend you go there if you're having any troubles
I love my new contacts! For the first time in years, I am not rushing home to get them out of my eyes. Dr. Winters is great and took a lot of time with me as a new patient explaining eye health to me. I highly recommend him and Sussex Eyecare Center.
