form the moment I walked through the door, i was met by Luigi on reception, who said, "don't worry, we're going to look after you," - and they really did. I had to come back on day 2 for emergency laser eye surgery- all the staff were really lovely and friendly despite their currently increased workload, the whole place is run very efficiently and smartly. I was referred to the Eye hospital by PRH UTC on 1/6/25 and was seen by Conrad Eckersley. Conrad explained everything to me in detail and so I could understand. Conrad reassured me and was kind and funny too. Thank you Dr Eckersley, I appreciate you and the care you provided x
Always so well looked after by amazing staff
I had to attend the hospital to get a retinal tear treated today and was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of the whole team in the hospital.
