I can't say this in place is a complete rip-off. But they did charge me $300 (25% increase) more in property taxes this year, and then another dollar fifty to park for 15 minutes just to pay my tax bill. Definitely a ripoff... Make your own judgments. Maybe there's some irony here about one body of government creating inflation and then another government body just compounding that. It's plainly obvious they don't care about us commoners.
