Tried for five months to get a window repaired. Told me they were on top of it and wouldn’t forget me. Weeks and months go by, no action. Call the business: no one answers the phone during business hours AND THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE. If you can’t do/don’t want my job, fine, just say so. Otherwise run your business LIKE A BUSINESS.

I brought my mirror in yesterday to get the glass replaced and it was finished within a couple hours the owner was really nice and gave me an awesome quote and finished it early than the expected time! Was nervous after reading the reviews but took a chance and I’m glad I did! Chet and his son are amazing! Thank You!!!
Has had a piece of glass that they said would take 2 weeks and it’s been 5 months. No one answers the phone. Owner is dismissive and lacks serious customer service. All I want is glass fireplace door fixed. If I could zero stars I would.
