I brought my mirror in yesterday to get the glass replaced and it was finished within a couple hours the owner was really nice and gave me an awesome quote and finished it early than the expected time! Was nervous after reading the reviews but took a chance and I’m glad I did! Chet and his son are amazing! Thank You!!!
Has had a piece of glass that they said would take 2 weeks and it’s been 5 months. No one answers the phone. Owner is dismissive and lacks serious customer service. All I want is glass fireplace door fixed. If I could zero stars I would.
Excellent job. Quickly replaced a broken window for me. Would absolutely do business with him again.
Not helpful, extremely condescending and rude. Whenever i called it seemed like they were less than thrilled to have my business.
